  • Our commitment to building a global, remote-first workforce has significantly reduced our carbon footprint. In addition to work from home options, we coach our team around ways to reduce power usage while out of the office.  
  • For those of our people who continue to work in an office, our LEED-certified facilities embrace a range of sustainable practices, including: reusable water dispensaries, auto-shut-off lighting and comprehensive recycling and waste management programs.
  • We’ve partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to evaluate our power use effectiveness and have been rated an 83% in terms of efficiency.  
  • We are committed to using providers with a goal to achieve 100% renewable energy usage for their global infrastructure.
  • We're committed to enhancing our sustainable sourcing program and forging partnerships with vendors who align with our sustainability goals.
