We Stand With Ukraine

To our customers, partners, and investors:

The Vertex Team stands unified with the global community in protecting our fundamental human rights.  It is core to who we are and what we value, guided by a deep respect for all people and a commitment to building trusted relationships in business and in our communities.

We condemn the actions of the Russian Government, and we stand with Ukraine and its people in their fight for freedom.

We have stopped all sales, as well as any tax remittance in/to Russia and Belarus. In general, we do not have material revenues or operations in either Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia.

While our services and operations are not directly impacted, we are focused on our partners with team members in Ukraine, who are working to ensure they have the ongoing support and resources they need during these unimaginable circumstances.

We continue to monitor and strengthen our business continuity and information security plans throughout the region and globally, and we remain in close communication and coordination with our local partners.

We’re supporting humanitarian efforts focused on both refugees and people still in the Ukraine. We are also, matching employee donations to humanitarian organizations working to help people in the region such as UNICEF, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and Ukraine Relief Fund.

The events in Ukraine are devastating. The people of Ukraine are demonstrating incredible courage, and our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected. We join the international community in its appeal for peace.
