Quantum Workplace Honors Five Customer Companies With Its Annual Employee Voice Award

Each year, Quantum Workplace’s Employee Voice Award (EVA) honors organizations that excel in employee engagement by elevating the success of employees, teams, and the overall business. To be considered, award candidates must demonstrate their dedication to making the work environment better every day through collecting, analyzing, and acting upon employee feedback to ensure their employees feel valued and heard. Companies are selected for their efforts in making a difference in workplace culture while positioning themselves as employers of choice. This year, Quantum Workplace honored companies across five different categories. 

Vertex was selected to receive the Teamwork Triumph Award. This accolade recognizes companies that have realigned employee engagement efforts from a traditional human resources-focused function to one championed by non-HR teams, emphasizing a company-wide commitment to workplace culture. Vertex is being acknowledged in its efforts surrounding the Customer Support team, who implemented changes to increase its engagement, team dynamics, and alignment with the organization.
