Vertex Announces New Logo Aligned with Company Expansion and Growth

Vertex, Inc., the leading provider of corporate enterprise tax solutions worldwide, unveiled a refreshed corporate logo on the first day of the U.S. Open Golf Championship. With over 30 years of expertise in the tax and technology industry, the global tax software provider redesigned the logo to support its growth initiatives and reflect its innovative and collaborative culture.

Vertex Enterprise is an entirely new software platform that is flexible and open to any vendor's tax software application.The software is built from the ground up specifically for the needs of Corporate Tax departments. It provides the data management and reporting capability the global tax executive needs, in a flexible, user-friendly system.

In addition to building new solutions to accommodate the global marketplace, Vertex is expanding its presence to better serve a growing client network. The company recently expanded its headquarters in suburban Philadelphia and established offices and research arms in the UK, Brazil, India, and Finland.

The new logo retains the heritage of Vertex yet suggests something new, exciting and different, and stands out from other marks being used in the industry.The logo is designed to deliver a bolder,more refined image of Vertex that preserves the company’s core attributes of quality, innovation, dependability and trust.
